Founded in Toronto, Canada in 2008, West Shefford has grown to become an internationally renowned and highly respected exporter of frozen pork and poultry. After quickly establishing a strong export business from North America, the company opened it’s first European office in the UK in 2012 and since then has added further representation in Poland and Italy to further our procurement in Europe. In addition, we opened an office in Shanghai in 2018 to focus on our China retail business.
Sourcing and Exporting Locations
We source products from many countries including Canada, USA, Europe, UK, Turkey, Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Mexico.
We export across the globe and regularly to countries such as Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, Western African nations and the Caucasus region. Our head office in Toronto also manages our import business into Canada for the domestic foodservice market for which we source frozen pork sourced by our team based across Europe.
